Our website showcases clothing collections for women, men, and kids. We do not collect any personal data through our website, nor do we process payments or store customer information on our site. All orders are placed exclusively via the WhatsApp button provided on our website.
Placing an Order – WhatsApp Only
To place an order:
- Click the "Place Order on WhatsApp" button on our website product details page.
- Send us a message with your name, phone number desired item, quantity, and delivery address.
- We will confirm availability, total price, shipping cost, and payment instructions via WhatsApp
Important:
- No order is confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us on WhatsApp.
- We are not responsible for messages lost, delayed, or not received due to WhatsApp technical issues.
- Please double-check your order details before sending.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on our website are in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
- Final pricing, including any shipping fees or discounts, will be confirmed via WhatsApp.
- Payment methods accepted will be communicated on WhatsApp (e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery, mobile money, etc.).
- We do not store any payment information. Please never send credit card details via WhatsApp unless using a secure payment link.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be confirmed on WhatsApp before you complete your order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the items are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan . Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
